When it comes to bad customer service I’ve received, I have to talk about the time I wanted to buy something in a shop.
The thing is that last July, I had just gotten a new job and moved to a new apartment from my dorm. So I thought I needed a cooker to make meals. One of my friends suggested that I buy a kind of pressure cooker. She specifically told me that I can buy one in a shop near my home.
On her advice, I went to the shop with my mom. Luckily, I found the cooker my friend talked about, and it had a half-price discount. Since my mom and I needed to go somewhere else in the shopping mall, I asked the staff member if she could hold one for me. She said it was okay. But when we went back to pick up the one I ordered, they told me it was sold out.
I was so angry. I asked the staff member who agreed to help me hold a unit, but she was so rude.She didn’t answer my question about the situation, and she even blamed me for not buying it earlier… It was my worst shopping experience.
I’ve never gone to the shop again.
