I’d like to talk about the wrong airport information from the airline company’s app that I got last month. I was planning to travel from London to Florence last month during my reading week and I brought a ticket from an airline company on their website. I had travel from this airline company for several times and as usually, all flight information would be presented on their app. This time was no exception. I got the airport and checked in on time. But when I got the boarding gate following the information on the app I found that there was no sight of my flight and there was empty. I was so nervous at that time because there was only 20 minutes left. I ran to the information desk and looked through the information board in the airport. I found that I was supposed to go to another boarding gate. And the information on the app was not update in time. I was angry about the app and I would miss my flight because of its wrong information.

Through internet or ask professionals’ advice. When we get a piece of information, we can search on the internet at first and then compare the information in different websites to decide whether the information is correct or not.

Do people trust the information online?
Not all people trust internet, especially nowadays there are numerous fake information online. People will distinguish the information according to their own knowledge and information from other resources.
