Describe a time that children made you laugh
You should say:
who he or she is
what he or she did
why he or she made you laugh
how you felt about it

I‘d like to talk about an experience that my nephew made me laugh. He is 6 years old. He’s a smart kid, who’s curious about everything around him. In the kindergarten, his teachers love him so much. At home, his parents see him as their eyes. They give him the best life they can offer.

It happened couple days ago. If I remember correctly, that’s last Tuesday. That day my cousin gave me a call. She asked me if I could come over to babysit her kid for a day. She said it’s emergency. She needed to get out of the city for a business trip. She would come back as soon as she finished it. So I took the job.
It’s my first time to be babysitter. To be honest, I totally had no idea how to take care of a kid. I bought lots snacks and soft drinks. I thought those things would make him happy, and my life easier. However, it turned out that I was upset because of these snacks. My cousin told me that my nephew can’t eat too much snacks, but when he saw these snacks, he couldn’t stop eating and I was unable to stop him. Finally, I hid these snacks in a cabinet out of his reach. Surprisingly, he didn’t give up and climbed a chair to get these snacks. Unfortunately, he fell from the chair and I was so frightened that cried. Luckily, my nephew didn’t hurt. When he saw me crying and he tried to make me smile as if that he can make up his fault if I smiled. He ran to his room, took his favorite toy and said “I’m sorry, aunt. Can you smile like this?” in a voice like the toy and then made a smile. I laughed because of his awkward smile and behavior. Then we watched cartoons together.

As to how I feel about his behavior, I feel warm and happy. Even though he is young, he still realizes his mistake and tries to conform me even though he fell down from chair and that was hurt.
