I’d like to talk about Wenhui 141 which is my favorite cafe.

It is located on Wenhui road, in Songjiang university town. This cafe is quite popular among students. It is famous for its reasonable price, cozy environment and the delicious coffee and refreshments. Everyday, many students go there to get a cup of coffee and some of them sit in the cafe reading books or having some blue sky thinking. There are many types of coffee there such as Latte, Americano and cappuccino. American is my favorite because I don’t want so much milk or sugar in the coffee which leads to obesity. In addition, the cafe also provides costumers with refreshments like pudding and cakes. They are all nice.

Well this cafe is run by Mr. Li and his son. Both of them are fond of coffee, so they decided to have a cafe of their own 5 years ago. Mr. Li studied how to bake cakes and cook coffee abroad when he was young so their cafe was started smoothly with professional skills.

I really like this cafe, because it is convenient as it is located nearby my university and it takes only about 10 minute’s walk to reach there from the dorm. In addition, it is a place where I feel relaxed. The cozy environment helps me to get rid of the hustle and bustle of the modern city life so that I can recharge the battery and be more efficient and energetic. This is really a fascinating cafe and it will never let you down.

What’s the advantages and disadvantages of family business?
When it comes to family business I think the largest advantage is that people tend to cooperate better. This is because people who run the company are relatives, so they know each other well. In addition, they are working for their own business, so there is no doubt that they will spare no effort. Well family business can also cause serious problem when it comes to heritage. Lots of conflicts occur when deciding the inheritor.

What do we need when we start a business? Why?
First we need enough money. Without money, we can not rent an office or a shop, we can not recruit employees, and we can not buy necessary equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate how much money is required and make preparation before staring a business. Then, it is also important to acquire professional knowledge in this field. For example, if you want to open a restaurant, you must study hard how to make food delicious and attractive. If you want to open a cafe, you have to learn how to cook coffee and bake cakes. I believe a person can succeed with money and knowledge if he works hard and does not give up easily.

How can someone become a successful person?
Well, in my opinion, it depends on their goals and what they want. Some people prefer to work for large companies where they can improve skills and increase earnings, while others may choose to work for start-ups, which are smaller in terms of scale but they are trusted with more responsibilities in those companies. Besides, there are also many people who do not care where to work. The only thing that matters is whether they enjoy their job and whether they are satisfied with their salary and position.

Do Chinese like to work in a large cooperation or a small company? Why or why not?
I think globalization is a good thing because it offers people from all over the world to communicate and cooperate together. Thanks to the globalization, we are now available with high-quality products or service produced in different countries. For example, silks from China, black tea from Britain, diamonds from South Africa, coffee beans from South America, super hero movies from the USA. In this way, people’s living standards can be improved. In addition, globalization can create a friendly atmosphere worldwide, in which designers, inventors and engineers can mine each other’s information and come up with creative ideas.

In this case, it is important to set an ambition first and then spare no effort to make your dream come true. Of course you may encounter many problems in this process, so in such kind of situation, you should always tell yourself not to give up and ask for advice to overcome those problems. I believe with endeavor and perseverance, one can succeed sooner or later.
